The Brooklyner is known as the tallest building in the borough. Our goal was to generate a large volume of leads for the new rentals. We ran a search campaign focusing on rental related keywords. We ran a Display campaign specific to their target audience. The target audience was both men and women in the age group 20 – 30. We ran both Text and Image ads and had a free month of rent promotional offer.
From September 2009 – May 2010 we sent 35,056 visitors 1,173 of these visitors applied for an apartment online.
Our services were put on pause when the building had reached almost full occupancy.
